Delivery Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must:
Provide accurate delivery information
Ensure the delivery location is accessible for heavy transport vehicles
Arrange unloading equipment if required, unless otherwise agreed
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly recommend that customers inspect the forklift upon delivery.
If any damage occurred during transport, please:
Note the damage with the delivery driver
Take photos of the forklift
Contact our team within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report transport damage within this timeframe may affect the ability to process a claim.
Returns & Refunds
At Forklift Pro, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
The forklift received is significantly different from the description
The forklift has major mechanical faults that were not disclosed
The incorrect machine was delivered
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will generally not be accepted if:
The forklift has been used or modified after delivery
Damage occurred due to improper handling or misuse
The customer simply changes their mind
Return Process
To request a return:

Provide photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days
If the return is approved, we will arrange the return transport or provide instructions.
Refunds
Once the forklift has been returned and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that delivery and transport costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
